Shipping policy

Desert Breakers Sports Cards – Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed during product releases, promotions, or live breaks may experience slight processing delays due to high order volume.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the order size, value, and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.


Insurance & Tracking

  • Tracking is provided on all shipments

  • Insurance is included only if selected at checkout or required by the shipping method

  • Desert Breakers Sports Cards is not responsible for uninsured shipments

Once an order is handed to the carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.


Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered but not received

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If this occurs, the buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Desert Breakers Sports Cards is not liable for:

  • Lost packages without insurance

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

  • Carrier scanning errors

If insurance was purchased, we will assist with the insurance claim process once the carrier’s investigation is complete.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned due to address errors

Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


High-Value Orders

Orders of $250 or more may require:

  • Signature confirmation

  • Mandatory insurance

We reserve the right to upgrade shipping methods for security purposes.


Live Breaks & Break Orders

All cards won through live breaks are shipped as-is.

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges on break spots or break-won cards

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on the completion of the break


Condition Disclaimer

Sports cards may have manufacturer imperfections, including but not limited to:

  • Corner wear

  • Surface scratches

  • Print lines

  • Centering issues

Desert Breakers Sports Cards does not guarantee gem-mint condition on raw cards.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Import restrictions

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by customs.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • The item arrived damaged due to our error

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
